What is the promo code?
The promo code is: KAWJAN25FPMCAN
Do we have to stay at Finest Playa Mujeres from January 22nd to 31st in order to use the promo code?
The minimum stay to use the group promo code is 3 nights. Please note that our wedding date is January 30th so if you wish to stay only the 3-night minimum then please ensure you book from January 28th to 31st, 2025.
Why use the promo code to book at Finest Playa Mujeres?
The promo code rate has certain special concessions, such as these are refundable rates where you can cancel reservations within 24 hours before the arrival date and the payment is required in full 30 days before arrival. No deposit is needed with the promo code option.
Since there is a promo code, does that mean there is a room block?
No, there is no room block. Since the promo code allows you to book with no deposit and allows you to pay 30 days prior to your arrival and allows you to cancel free of charge 24 hours prior to arrival, best to book earlier rather than later.
When is the deadline to reserve before the promo code ends?
November 22nd, 2024. Any new bookings or modifications on existing reservations after November 22nd, 2024 will be
subject to the applicable rate at the moment of booking/modification.
RSVP
When should I RSVP by? How do I do that?
Please RSVP by August 30, 2024. To RSVP online, use the email that is sent to you with the promo code to book your stay at Finest Playa Mujeres. Please ensure you book your flight after booking your stay as your flight is not included.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
What will the weather be like during this time of year?
The average weather in January in Cancun ranges from 20 to 28 degrees celsius. So please bring some lightweight dress clothes to wear for the wedding.
Can my kids come?
Yes. The resort is family-friendly, but do not book on the Excellence Club side as that is adult-only.
Ceremony
What should I wear to the ceremony and reception?
For the ceremony, it will be formal or semi-formal attire.
For the reception, the resort indicates the following attire:
"For Ladies: long pants, capri pants, skirt and blouse, dress.
For Gentlemen: long pants, dress shorts and dress shirt or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and beach sandals or flip flops are not allowed."
Will the ceremony/reception be indoor or outside?
The ceremony and reception will be outside and there will be shade. We plan to have our ceremony at the Stone Gazebo and the reception at the Grand Palapa.
